Simple instructions for my Yoga Studio:

#1Simply arrive 12 minutes early to any scheduled time.

#2Prepare for an exciting 1 hour and 24 minute total body / mind Yoga Workout.

#3Just stick with it, and be amazed at what you will accomplish.

The best method is to release expectation about performance. Moving the same as the person next to you is not important. SIMPLY RELEASE, RELAX, AND LET GO! There are no mistakes, there is simply doing... doing what the body currently allows. Feel free to adjust, change, or avoid any posture that causes discomfort.
